Ingredients

  • 2 packs (3.5 oz each) frozen acai puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave, optional
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • drizzle of honey or peanut butter

Steps

    Break frozen acai packs into pieces. Blend with frozen banana, frozen berries, and almond milk until thick and smooth. It should be thicker than a smoothie.

    Pour into 2 bowls.

    Top with granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.

    Drizzle with honey or peanut butter.

    Serve immediately before it melts.
