- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup walnuts, optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mash bananas and whisk in eggs, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.

Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.

Fold in walnuts if using. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden.
