Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages (bangers)
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 2 large tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
- 4 slices toast (or GF bread)
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and black pepper
- HP sauce or ketchup, for serving
Steps

Cook sausages in a large skillet over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning until browned all over.

In the same pan (or a separate one), cook bacon until crispy, about 4 minutes per side.

Place tomato halves cut-side down in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and slightly charred.

Sauté mushrooms in butter with a pinch of salt until golden, about 5 minutes.

Warm baked beans in a small saucepan.

Fry eggs in butter to your liking (sunny-side up or over-easy).

Arrange everything on plates with toast. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with HP sauce or ketchup.
