High-Protein Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- marinara sauce (no sugar added; for dipping)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Roll into 24 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).

Place on the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).

Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
