Baked Feta with Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- fresh basil, for topping
- crusty bread or pita, for serving
Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place feta block in the center of a baking dish. Surround with cherry tomatoes, olives, and garlic.

Drizzle everything with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is soft and golden on top.

Top with fresh basil. Smash everything together slightly with a fork.

Serve warm with crusty bread or pita for scooping.
