- 2 eggs
- cooking spray
- salt and pepper, to taste
- hot sauce, for serving
- ketchup, for serving

Place frozen hash brown patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until extra crispy and golden.

Remove hash browns and set aside. Spray a small oven-safe dish with cooking spray.

Crack eggs into the dish, season with salt and pepper, and place in the air fryer.

Air fry at 325°F for 3-4 minutes for runny yolks or 5-6 for firm.

Plate hash brown patties with fried eggs on top. Serve with hot sauce or ketchup.
