Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage and Egg Cups

Ingredients
- 8 oz breakfast sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chives
- salt and pepper, to taste
- cooking spray
Steps

Press breakfast sausage into the bottom and up the sides of 4 silicone muffin cups to form a nest shape.

Air fry the sausage cups at 370°F for 5 minutes until partially cooked.

Crack one egg into each sausage cup. Season with salt and pepper.

Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Air fry at 350°F for 6-7 minutes until eggs are set to your liking.

Garnish with chives and serve hot.
