Slow Cooker Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
- 1/2 cup walnuts, optional

Line the slow cooker with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.

Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts if using.

Pour batter into the slow cooker and spread evenly.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Lift the bread out using the parchment paper. Let cool before slicing.
