Greek Chicken Gyro Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb s boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Kalamata olives, for topping

Marinate chicken thighs in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 20 minutes.

Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal).

Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Warm pita breads on the grill or in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.

Spread tzatziki on each pita. Layer with chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta, and olives.

Roll up tightly and serve.
