- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- slice d green onion, for topping

Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet. Add corn and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, and salt. Mix until corn is coated.

Top with mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with sliced green onion and serve hot.
