Ingredients

  • 2 cup s corn kernels (frozen or canned, drained)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • slice d green onion, for topping

Steps

    Preheat oven to broil (or use a skillet).

    Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet. Add corn and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, and salt. Mix until corn is coated.

    Top with mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Garnish with sliced green onion and serve hot.
