- 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup diced celery

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken strips for 6-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Toss cooked chicken with hot sauce and melted butter.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds.

Layer each tortilla with buffalo chicken, lettuce, tomato, celery, cheddar, and a drizzle of dressing.
