Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb s boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced celery

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken strips for 6-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
