Whole30 Frozen Banana Bites

Ingredients
- 3 bananas (sliced into 1/2-inch rounds)
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- almonds and sea salt, for topping
Steps

Spread a small amount of almond butter on a banana slice. Top with another slice to make a sandwich. Repeat with all slices.

Place banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 1 hour.

Melt coconut oil and whisk in cocoa powder.

Dip the frozen banana bites halfway in the chocolate mixture. Place back on the tray.

Sprinkle with chopped almonds and a tiny pinch of sea salt.

Freeze for another 30 minutes until chocolate sets. Store in the freezer.
