Mediterranean Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados (halved and pitted)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste

Scoop out a little extra avocado from each half to make room for filling. Dice the scooped avocado.

Toss diced avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, and feta together.

Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Mound the filling into the avocado halves.

Serve immediately.
