Keto Cloud Bread Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- pinch salt
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices ham or turkey
- 4 eggs, fried
- hot sauce or sugar-free ketchup, for serving

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, mix egg yolks with cream cheese until smooth.

Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whites, being careful not to deflate.

Spoon 8 rounds (about 4 inches each) onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden and firm to the touch. Let cool.

Assemble sandwiches: cloud bread, cheddar, ham, fried egg, hot sauce, and top cloud bread.
