Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • pinch salt
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices ham or turkey
  • 4 eggs, fried
  • hot sauce or sugar-free ketchup, for serving

    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.
