High-Protein Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cup cottage cheese (full fat)
- 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- everything bagel seasoning, for topping
- assorted vegetables: carrots, celery, bell peppers, radishes, snap peas

Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).

Stir in chives, dill, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
