Ingredients

  • 2 cup cottage cheese (full fat)
  • 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • everything bagel seasoning, for topping
  • assorted vegetables: carrots, celery, bell peppers, radishes, snap peas

    Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).
