French Crepes with Nutella and Bananas

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup s whole milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter, plus more for cooking
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- powdered sugar, for dusting
- whipped cream and sliced strawberries, for serving

Blend flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Let batter rest 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Brush with a small amount of butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup batter and swirl the pan to create a thin, even circle.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges start to brown and lift. Flip and cook 30 seconds more.

Spread each warm crepe with Nutella and top with banana slices. Fold into quarters.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
