Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (melted (for drizzle))
Steps

Mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Pour into silicone mini muffin molds or candy molds.

Freeze for 30 minutes until solid.

Drizzle tops with melted dark chocolate. Return to freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Store in the freezer. Let sit 2-3 minutes before eating.
