Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt, to taste
- vegan ranch dressing, for dipping
- celery sticks, for serving

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss cauliflower florets with hot sauce, melted coconut oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.

Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and charred at the edges.
