- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup s heavy whipping cream, for topping
- 3 tbsp sugar, for topping
- ground cinnamon, for dusting
- fresh strawberries, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish.

Whisk flour and baking powder together. In a separate large bowl, beat eggs and 1 cup sugar until thick and pale.

Gently fold in flour mixture, then stir in 1/3 cup milk and vanilla.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.

Mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and 1 cup heavy cream together.

Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a fork. Slowly pour the three-milk mixture over the cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

Whip 2 cups cream with 3 tbsp sugar to stiff peaks. Spread over the chilled cake.

Dust with cinnamon and garnish with strawberries. Keep refrigerated.
