  • 1 jar roasted red peppers (12 oz; drained)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, for topping
  • vegetables or seed crackers, for serving
