Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional

Steps

    Boil edamame in salted water for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain well.

    Toss with sesame oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

    Serve warm or at room temperature. Eat by squeezing the beans out of the pods.
