  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cup s cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • nori strips, for topping
  • pickled ginger, for serving

    Gently toss cubed tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
