  • 3 zucchini (grated and squeezed very dry)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 green onions (finely sliced)
  • 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • sour cream or tzatziki, for serving
