Air Fryer Mini Berry Hand Pies

Ingredients
- 1 package pie crust (2 rounds)
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
- coarse sugar for sprinkling

Steps

Toss berries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon zest. Lightly mash a few berries to release juices.

Roll out pie crust and cut into 4-inch circles using a round cutter.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of berry filling onto one half of each circle. Fold over and crimp edges with a fork to seal.

Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Cut a small vent slit in each.

Spray air fryer basket and place pies in a single layer.

Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden and flaky. Let cool slightly before serving.
