Ingredients

  • 2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, Niçoise)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 strip orange zest
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme

Steps

    Combine olives, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, orange zest, rosemary, and thyme in a jar or bowl.

    Stir well and let marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
