Pressure Cooker Steel-Cut Oatmeal with Brown Sugar

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- berries (sliced banana, and chopped walnuts for topping)
- maple syrup for drizzling
Steps

Add steel-cut oats, water, coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the pressure cooker. Stir to combine.

Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.

Allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Stir the oatmeal — it will thicken as it sits.

Divide into bowls and top with fresh berries, sliced banana, walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
