Grilled Greek Turkey Burgers (Bunless)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb turkey
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp oregano (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 butter lettuce leaves (as buns)
- cucumber, tomato, and red onion, for topping
- tzatziki sauce (use dairy-free yogurt for DF; for topping)
Steps

Mix ground turkey with sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F).

Wrap each burger in a butter lettuce leaf.

Top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and tzatziki.

Serve immediately.
