Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 lb peaches (no need to thaw)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving

Toss frozen peaches with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spread in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Whisk flour, 1 cup sugar, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt into a smooth batter.

Pour batter evenly over the peaches (do not stir).

Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours until the topping is set and golden around the edges.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
