Mediterranean Honey Walnut Figs

Ingredients
- 8 figs (halved)
- 2 oz goat cheese or mascarpone
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch flaky sea salt
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange fig halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.

Place a small dollop of goat cheese on each fig half.

Scatter chopped walnuts over the top. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.

Roast for 12-15 minutes until figs are soft and cheese is warm.

Sprinkle with fresh thyme and flaky sea salt. Serve warm.
