- 1 1/2 cup s graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh key lime juice (about 20 key limes, or regular limes)
- zest of 3 key limes
- 1 1/2 cup s heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- lime slices, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and thickened.

Pour filling into the cooled crust.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until the filling is set but still has a slight jiggle.

Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Whip cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks. Spread over the chilled pie.
