Ingredients

  • 4 everything bagels, sliced and toasted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz smoked salmon (lox)
  • 1/4 red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • fresh dill sprigs
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • lemon wedges, for squeezing

    Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.

    Layer smoked salmon on the bottom halves.

    Top with red onion slices, capers, tomato, and fresh dill.
