Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 10 oz spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz; drained and chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- baguette slices, pita chips, or veggies for dipping
Steps

Combine all ingredients except the baguette in the slow cooker. Stir well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.

When the dip is hot and bubbly with melted cheese throughout, stir one final time.

Serve warm straight from the slow cooker with baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
