- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- pinch of cumin

Halve avocados and scoop flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice and salt.

Mash with a fork to your preferred texture (chunky or smooth).

Fold in onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, and cumin.

Taste and adjust lime, salt, or jalapeño as needed.
