High-Protein Greek Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
- 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp pistachios

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla. Spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick on the parchment.

Scatter chocolate chips, berries, coconut flakes, and pistachios over the top.

Freeze for at least 3 hours until completely solid.

Break into shards or irregular pieces. Store in the freezer.
