Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • steamed rice, for serving
  • sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Make teriyaki glaze: whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stir in cornstarch slurry, and cook until thickened.

  3. 3

Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli on the sheet pan. Brush salmon with half the glaze. Toss broccoli with a drizzle of the remaining glaze.

  4. 4

Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and broccoli is tender with crispy edges.

  5. 5

Drizzle remaining glaze over everything. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

  6. 6

    Serve over steamed rice.

Save it, plan it, cook it.
