Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp za'atar spice blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 cup mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 English cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red peppers (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano

Steps

    Rub chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, za'atar, and salt. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.

    Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

    Whisk remaining olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and oregano for dressing.
