Air Fryer Pork Chops with Apple Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Granny Smith apples, julienned
- 1/4 cup red cabbage
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey

Rub pork chops with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping once halfway, until internal temp reaches 145°F.

While pork cooks, toss julienned apples and cabbage with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey.

Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
