Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tortilla chips, bread, or crackers, for serving

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

    Stir in mozzarella, half the Parmesan, garlic, artichoke hearts, spinach, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

    Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

    Serve hot with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or crackers.
