Whole30 Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
- 4 apples , cored (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- coconut cream, for drizzling
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place cored apples in a baking dish.

Mix melted coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.

Fill each apple center with pecans and coconut flakes. Drizzle the spiced oil over and into the apples.

Add 1/4 inch of water to the bottom of the dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender but not collapsed.

Drizzle with coconut cream and serve warm.
