- 8 oz roasted pork, thinly sliced
- 8 oz ham, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- dill pickle slices
- yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp butter, softened

Spread mustard generously on both sides of each roll.

Layer ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, and pickle slices on each sandwich.

Close sandwiches and butter the outsides.

Press in a panini press or cook in a skillet with a heavy pan pressing down, for 3-4 minutes per side until bread is crispy and cheese is melted.

Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
