Paleo Rosemary Roasted Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss all nuts with olive oil, rosemary, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and cayenne.

Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until fragrant and lightly toasted.

Cool completely (they crisp up as they cool). Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
