Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini (sliced into very thin rounds (1/8 inch))
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    Preheat oven to 225°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Pat zucchini slices very dry with paper towels.

    Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Arrange in a single layer on baking sheets without overlapping.
