Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb s boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, for sauce
- pita bread, for serving
- hummus, pickled turnips, and Israeli salad, for serving

Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, garlic, and salt. Best if marinated 2+ hours.

Cook chicken in a hot skillet or on a grill for 5-6 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.

Mix yogurt with tahini and lemon juice for the garlic sauce.

Serve sliced chicken with pita, hummus, garlic sauce, pickled turnips, and a fresh Israeli salad.
