Ingredients
- 2 cans cannellini beans (15 oz each; drained and rinsed)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- rosemary and olive oil, for topping
- crudités or pita chips, for serving

Blend cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until very smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh rosemary.

Serve with raw vegetables or pita chips.
