Ingredients

  • 2 cans cannellini beans (15 oz each; drained and rinsed)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • rosemary and olive oil, for topping
  • crudités or pita chips, for serving

    Blend cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until very smooth.

    Taste and adjust seasoning.
