Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- raspberries and cacao nibs, for topping
- coconut whipped cream, optional
Steps

Blend avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut cream, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until completely smooth and silky.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Divide among 4 serving glasses or ramekins.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Top with raspberries, cacao nibs, and a dollop of coconut whipped cream.
