Whole30 Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 20 spears; trimmed)
- 10 slices prosciutto (halved lengthwise)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- cracked black pepper
- squeeze of lemon
Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wrap each asparagus spear (or bundle 2 thin ones) with a half-slice of prosciutto, spiraling from end to end.

Arrange on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and crack pepper over the top.

Roast for 10-12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and asparagus is tender.

Squeeze lemon over the top and serve warm.
