Cheese Quesadilla with Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cup s shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced, optional
- butter or oil for cooking
- salsa, for serving
- sour cream, for serving
Steps

Place a tortilla in a dry or lightly buttered skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle half the tortilla with cheese and jalapeño slices if using. Fold in half.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until cheese is melted.

Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
