High-Protein Egg White Veggie Wrap

Ingredients
- 8 egg whites (or 1 cup liquid egg whites)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup bell pepper
- 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 wheat or low-carb tortillas
- hot sauce, for serving
Steps

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper for 2 minutes.

Add spinach and tomatoes, cook until spinach wilts.

Pour in egg whites and scramble gently until just set, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with feta.

Warm tortillas and fill with the egg white scramble. Wrap and serve with hot sauce.
