Ingredients
- 2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- berries and pure maple syrup, for serving
- coconut whipped cream, optional

Preheat waffle iron. Whisk eggs, coconut milk, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla together.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until smooth.

Pour batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer directions until golden and crispy.

Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup, and coconut whipped cream.
