  • 1 1/2 lb catfish fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt, to taste
  • cooking spray
  • tartar sauce and lemon wedges, for serving
  • coleslaw, for serving
